The business

PenLeap is an English platform for children in Years 4 and 5 preparing for the 11+. Families use it at home, and tuition centres run it under their own brand.

What they needed

Creative writing is the hardest 11+ paper to practise at home: every story needs marking the way an examiner would, and many children write by hand, mistakes and all.
