Insofy is an IRDAI-licensed insurance broker. We built the platform its agents join and sell through, from sign-up, KYC and a certification exam to an e-signed agreement and live quotes, with a back office that tracks every step.

The business
Insofy is an IRDAI-licensed broker for life and general insurance, based in Faridabad. It sells through point-of-sale agents, known as POSPs, who quote motor, health and travel cover for their own customers.
What they needed
Every new agent has to be verified, certified and contracted before they can sell, and the broker has to keep a record of all of it. Insofy wanted that whole journey online, matched to the workflow agents already knew from the large platforms.
What we built
- Sign-up by OTP, with automatic PAN verification and bank KYC
- A certification exam that times and scores itself
- E-signed agreements and POS certificates that fill themselves in
- Quote workflows for motor, health and travel cover, routed to the back office for approval
- Payouts and reports by agent and manager, with a full audit trail
