The business

Dynamatix is a London company that modernises legacy systems with AI automation. Its products include Risk Hawk, a risk, audit and compliance platform, and tools for mortgage processing and claims.

What they needed

Dynamatix wanted one place for everything its staff do internally, from news and projects to timesheets, leave and training, and an assistant that does routine tasks for people instead of pointing them to a form.

  • Dynamatix AI: an assistant that applies for leave, logs effort and approves requests, after a confirm step
  • The same assistant in staff’s AI chat apps and browser, with the same permissions as the portal
